This 3-member, Miami Fl. based, group comprised of Nacho Typical, Jynx 13, and Mike G., has one mission in mind.... to raise the bar for talent in the South. Theyve been working together since 2002 and continue to blaze the streets of Miami Fl. with their music. Nacho, short for Nacho Typical, is the Producer/Artist of the group, he produced the Dipset Anthem and Crunk Muzik, which was featured on the Jim Jones of the Diplomats first album titled On my Way to Church and has recently linked up a major production deal with Drum Majorz/Iconz Music Group. Nacho is not your typical rapper- lacing tracks with banging beats and charging the rap game like a midsummer Miami storm. Nacho was born and raised in the central part of Miami. Being the only son of three, Nacho had no choice but to drown himself into music at an early age. In his early teens, he joined his school band, which gave him the knowledge of various instruments until he found his trademark which became the Drums. He never really took music seriously, but when his friends would listen to his amateur productions they automatically saw Nachos potential and finally talk him into taking his talent seriously. Nacho now is producing tracks for some major names in the industry and continues to build his clientele, hoping to top the charts in the near future. Jynx13 is poetic on the mic, with the precision and delivery of a lyrical veteran; his lyrics are hypnotic and simply thug poetry in motion that blesses all who are fortunate to hear. Jynx13 is bringing southern intellect back into the rap game one verse at a time. His song writing skills will give him the longevity to last in the hip hop industry. He was born and raised in a suburb of Miami, Fl., called Little Haiti. Jynx13 had to face the trials and tribulations that came along with his environment. He always had an inner passion for hip-hop as a young man, but never figured out a way to be a part of this great revolution called hip-hop. It wasnt until he heard Gin and Juice by Snoop Dogg that he started writing rhymes on a daily basis. Mike G and Jynx13 have known each other since Junior High school but music wasnt really an issue. Jynx13 and Nacho has known each other since High School, but didnt connect until Jynx13s little brother let him listen to a couple of beats, wanting to meet the producer of the incredible beats it was a pleasant surprise when he realized it was his old friend, Nacho Typical, from high school. A year later the two formed Southernhightz. Mike G. comes correct with grimy lyrics that deliver the heat straight from the streets of Miami. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in Little Haiti. After the death of his father, Mike Gs mother moved out of Little Haiti to better Mike G and her youngest sons future. It was hard for Mike G to adjust to life with out his father being around. However, he had a lot of older male cousins that were able to fill that void. Mike G gravitated towards the streets with some cousins that his Mom would have rather kept him away from. Mike G started taking hip hop seriously after meeting up wit Jynx13 and Nacho after High School. It took Jynx13 and Nacho one freestyle session to realize Mike Gs unknown talent and potential and decided to make him a 3rd member of the rap group. What makes Mike Gs Style of rapping so Genuine is his Southern and Northern accent blend, which makes it difficult to guess what region of the United States Mike G is from. He also has a very intriguing voice that usually catches the attention of many, especially when he uses his voice to flow with a melody. Hes also an incredible song writer currently assisting many underground artists in the southern region of the United States with their music. (edit)
